Givroche Ventures was established in Hong Kong in 2010 to provide accredited and institutional investors with structured access to private investment opportunities across Asia-Pacific and global markets. We operate as a principal investment and placement platform, not a licensed fund manager — our role is sourcing, screening, and introducing opportunities to investors who share our discipline for documented due diligence and deliberate risk management. Hong Kong's position as Asia's pre-eminent financial centre, and its regulatory infrastructure under the Securities and Futures Commission, gives our operations and our investors a recognised legal and compliance framework.
Our focus is South East Asia — a region where deal complexity, regulatory variance, and information asymmetry reward specialists over generalists. We have maintained on-the-ground presence in Vietnam and Indonesia since 2014, with transactional experience across real estate, infrastructure, private credit, and direct equity. Hong Kong serves as our operational and investor-relations hub, with direct access to the regional institutional capital markets that make structured placement practical at scale. We also selectively present global opportunities in markets where we have long-standing relationships with established managers.
We do not accept retainers from vendors or promoters. Every opportunity presented has been independently reviewed against our screening criteria, which include operator track record, structural governance, independent third-party valuation, and clear exit mechanics. We invest alongside our investors in qualifying transactions.
